kitchen fun... little lucas.

Toys? Who needs toys, when you have kitchen tools??? Lucas pulls around that blender by the cord constantly. Half the day is spent dragging it up and down the stairs, down the hallways, hiding it then finding it....
And then comes the strainer-- instant party hat and peek-a-boo device.

So, I'm extremely behind with blogging, and will be catching up soon.. Maybe some day I'll begin to use this thing productively by keeping it current!!! I have had a busy summer, and need to post the weddings, engagements and portrait sessions I've been shooting...
My boys left to visit family which means that for the next two days, I'll be a slave to my computer and will be:
A. posting like a mad man.
B. finishing my new website galleries!!!!!! that's right, I'll have an amazing new site in the coming weeks, thanks to the fantastic Ryan Malmberg of Finch Design. It looks killer so far, so stay tuned (while I excitedly & frantically prepare in the mean time)

miriam + sadler... the wedding.

Miriam and Sadler were married in such a serene location, Rancho De Las Flores, it was beautiful. A really perfect afternoon celebration. there was nothing but laughter and smiles throughout...

YWD Magazine Palm Springs photo shoot

This month I had the opportunity to photograph the lingerie spread for YWD magazine's national debut! The issue will hit stands this Fall, but until then, here's a sneak peek into our shoot! The boudoir shoot was held at the amazing Viceroy Hotel in Palm Springs. Make up was provided by Cathryn Van Breene and hair was styled by Sari... Caroline & Tom (our models) were so fun to work with, thanks you two!

Dorothy + Henry are getting married soon! Yippee! I met these two last year at Caroline + Jonathan's wedding (Dorothy was MOH and Henry was their officiant!) So, I'm excited to be a part of their upcoming celebration!! We photographed their engagement session at The Getty Museum...
