luca . my beautiful boy

luca, you make my heart sing... thank you for your patience as i drag your little butt out of the car on a whim... because the wildflowers are so beautiful.... the alleyway is just too cool... your smile is so big... or the ocean is too blue to pass up... i just can't help but to photograph you... always. you are my world and i want to remember every second. i love you, my beautiful, beautiful boy.

anyone who knows me, understands that i revel in the beauty of pregnancy... i think growing a baby is the most amazing and beautiful time within a woman's life and being asked to capture those newfound curves and changes is an incredible honor. 

Baby Rowan made his appearance this past week and i cannot wait to meet him in the coming months.

frances . the baby session (3 months)

So exciting to meet baby, Frances! I've had the pleasure of photographing Sylvia + Jimmy's boudoir, engagement and wedding so it was so amazing to meet their new addition! She has such a sweet disposition; such a beautiful baby girl... 

This was also the very first shoot within the new loft; Exciting :)

Looking forward to seeing Frances grow at our 6 month session and beyond!

I'll be heading to WPPI this week (Feb. 15-19) but will do my best to respond to all emails & phone calls while in the convention. vegas, baby, vegas!

I've had the honor of photographing Nikki and Kirk's big moments over the past few years (boudoir, engagement, wedding, pregnancy) and am SO looking forward to documenting Sloane's milestones over the next year... It'll be amazing to watch her grow (and eventually have play dates with my son, Luca!) 

Thank you, Nikki & Kirk, for allowing me to share in your moments, but also for becoming friends of mine. I've had sooooo much fun with our chats and visits... I cannot wait to introduce our munchkins soon; we'll cross our fingers that there might be wedding bells someday :)

I photographed Trish + Steve's wedding last spring so it was wonderful to see them again for their family portraits this winter!
